	Fill-in the information about yourself, select a coverage amount and a payment method, and name a beneficiary.
	Answer a few simple health questions, and click on “submit”. You’ll have a chance to review your information and if necessary, make corrections. Click on “Apply Now” when you are ready. We will review your submission and if you meet our eligibility criteria we’ll send your insurance documents. Depending on the billing option you've selected, we'll either include a bill for your first premium payment or charge your credit card (we will not charge your account prior to the coverage effective date).
	If you selected credit card billing, just send us your completed application/enrollment form, and once you are approved for coverage your policy will go into effect. If you selected the direct bill option you'll also need to send your first premium payment along with your application.
