Pay monthly, annually, quarterly or semi-annually with any of the options listed
below. Depending on your coverage and payment plan you may be eligible for a

To switch payment methods or pay a current bill online,
select one of the links below.
Automatic deduction from your bank account - Many find that this is the
most convenient payment method. You save time and postage, and can choose the
date you want for your payment deduction.
Credit Card - charge the premium directly to your credit card (sorry,
no check cards or debit cards; not currently available in PA).
Direct Bill - We mail you statements and you can pay by check or money
order. To switch to this billing option, or to combine all of your premium
